Yoga Instruction

I’m a certified yoga teacher offering private, one-on-one sessions as well as group and corporate classes. I teach an alignment-focused Slow Vinyasa Flow with emphasis on building strength and releasing tension. I also customize private classes to meet the needs of my students including Restorative and Yin yoga. Sessions can also include Breath work techniques.

I offer individual and group classes consisting of Guided Meditations to facilitate Heart/Brain Coherence. I infuse healing energy and incorporate the balancing vibrations of gongs, drums and crystal singing bowls. Sessions can also include Breath work techniques.
Life & Health Coaching with Quantum Energy Healing

Intuitive Health and Life Coaching gently uncovers hidden patterns of thought and behavior that may be holding you back, guiding you toward greater clarity and self-awareness. By creating balance in mind, body, and spirit, it empowers you to live with intention, vitality, and inner peace.
Quantum Harmonization is a practice of energetic healing by balancing energies in the body. It is also a stress and pain relieving technique, helping to release trapped emotions and tension. Quantum Harmonization has been shown to heal the body physically while also creating positive patterns of thought and behavior. Sleep patterns are also often improved.
